TTBC Eagles Seniors Coming in Hot and Hitting Their Way to a Win Over the Unicorns Blue
TTBC Eagles Seniors 29 – 0 Unicorns Blue
With a brief two-week hiatus for the seniors—a game was rescheduled and they had a bye last week—the TTBC Senior Eagles came screeching back into HKLL’s senior division.
It was a huge day for the Senior Eagles defense and offense against Unicorns Blue, with the final score of 29-0 in 4 innings.
Defensively, the Eagles pitchers struck out 7 and gave up 1 hit and 2 walks in 4 innings. Ian Nam went 2 innings, followed by Khai Harris and Harrison Waag going 1 inning each.
Offensively, the Eagles’ bats did not mess around and came out sizzling hot. Kai Shohtoku went 5 for 5—his best game hitting he has ever had for TTBC. In total, the Eagles got 17 hits and 16 walks with only two strikeouts. They also had 18 stolen bases.
The Senior Eagles are now 2-0 and take on the Ho Man Tin Orioles next week. For information on the next game, see the Calendar page.
