Exciting game between the two TTBC Juniors teams – Eagles Juniors coming out on top over Patriot Juniors 6-4.

In an exciting matchup of the two TTBC Juniors teams, the TTBC Eagles Juniors defeated the TTBC Patriots Juniors 6-4. Andes Chai, who had three hits in three at-bats, was the Eagles’ leading player. Chai’s impressive performance included an inside-the-park home run in the second inning as well as a single in the first and fourth innings.

The Eagles Juniors got off to a strong start, building a six-run lead in the second inning. However, the Patriots Juniors fought back, scoring on a single, an error, and a sacrifice fly to close the gap. Despite the Patriots Juniors’ efforts, the Eagles Juniors held on for the win.

Chai’s inside-the-park home run was the highlight of the game, scoring two runs for the Eagles Juniors in the second inning. The team showed patience at the plate, piling up seven walks for the game.

Harrison Waag opened the game for the Patriots Juniors, giving up four hits and six runs over three innings. However, the southpaw also struck out five and walked seven. Waag, Ethan Lee, and Quinn Lawler each collected one hit for the Patriots Juniors, with Waag leading the team with one run batted in. The Patriots Juniors turned one double play in the game and were sure-handed on the field, not committing a single error. Adrian Unertl had the most chances on the field, with six.

A special shout out to Khai Harris as he went the distance, pitching a complete game, throwing 95 pitches, surrendering three hits and four runs (one earned) over five innings, striking out nine, and walking three.
