Chilly weather with on and off rain did not stop the kids from the Tai Tam Baseball Club from coming out to the first ever HKLL skills competition in big numbers.  The all day event that saw teams from around Hong Kong compete in Home Run Hitting contest along with Pitching Accuracy contest was nothing short of an enjoyable Boxing Day event.

The events were broken up into the Majors Division and the Minors Division to allow kids to compete within their same age.  In the Majors age group, we had our own Harrison Waag (Eagles) finish in second place in the Home Run Hitting contest.  For the Minors, TTBC had George Hosford (Dragons) and Quinn Lawler (Typhoons) finish one-two in their respective Home Run contest.

On the pitching side of things, TTBC once again had two of their club members finish in the top three of the Accuracy contest with Eugene Yan (Typhoons) finishing in first place and George Rao (Typhoons) ending in third place.

Congratulations to not only all of the kids who finished in the top three in their respective divisions, but to all of the kids who came down to compete and have fun representing TTBC!
