TTBC Typhoons Seniors Secure Lead In Fifth Inning For Victory Over Astros

The TTBC Typhoons Seniors took control late in the game, culminating in a 12-3 victory over the Astros on Saturday. Down 3-2 in the critical fifth inning, Quinn Williams of the Typhoons executed a single on a 3-2 count, bringing home two defining runs.
Despite a temporary setback when the Astros scored three runs in the fourth inning, the Typhoons secured the victory. The Astros had launched their scoring surge on an error by Evian.

Rohan Shah was the starting pitcher for the TTBC Typhoons Seniors. He delivered a solid performance over four innings, limiting the Astros to three runs on three hits and eliminating one player.

The Astros chose Felix Gibeault to kick things off on their pitcher’s mound. He lasted one and two-thirds innings, giving up no runs on a single hit while striking out four. Kurt Landolt, Enosh Kurz, Him Liu, and King Tong provided pitch relief, throwing one and one-third innings, one and one-third innings, one inning, and two-thirds of an inning, respectively.

Nicholas Marrero, who contributed two hits in two at-bats, led the victorious Typhoons Seniors. Despite the team’s loss, Gibeault led Astros’ batting effort, going 2-for-3 at the plate.
